You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Some features of AutoBlot Studio require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.
You retain ownership of all images and data you upload to AutoBlot Studio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you upload do not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have the necessary permissions to analyse them.
AutoBlot Studio is designed to support reproducible, unbiased analysis. You agree to use the analysis outputs responsibly and to disclose the use of automated analysis tools in any publications or submissions where such disclosure is required by journal or institutional policy.
All software, algorithms, designs, and content that make up AutoBlot Studio are the intellectual property of AutoBlot Studio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular scientific or regulatory purpose. Analysis results should be independently verified before use in publications or clinical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoBlot Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
